Natural Voice Prompts

Connected to any standard telephone extension, the TIM allows staff to call the Fusion Series which then greets the caller with a series of natural voice prompts, inviting the caller to provide the necessary information back to the Messenger of Fusion Series through the telephone keypad. The Messenger of Fusion Series then allows the caller to send instant messages directly to mobile phones, pagers, PDAs and email addresses using the keypad on any standard telephone or mobile phone around the world.

Stackable and Durable

The Telephone Interface Module provides the option of either a durable plastic enclosure case or an industrial design rack mount unit. The stackable plastic enclosures are a font of style and function, while the rugged rack mount model is designed to cope with the high demands of industrial paging applications.

Port Extension for Commtech Messenger

For users of Commtech Messenger, the Fusion Telephone Interface Module also expands the number of ports connected to the already versatile software. The TIM's possibilities are virtually unlimited.
